How can I place an order by mail?

You can print out an order form and mail payment to: Botanical Interests, 660 Compton St., Broomfield, CO 80020. (We cannot accept cash or C.O.D. orders.)

Does Botanical Interests ship orders outside the United States?

Due to national and international agricultural restrictions, we are only able to ship seeds to the United States and Canada. If you are placing an order online, your credit card billing address must also be in the U.S. or Canada.

I need my seeds as soon as possible. How are orders shipped?

All orders are shipped via U.S. mail. FedEx expedited options are also available for an additional charge.

Has my website order shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us on the day your order ships.

Do you do substitutions if an item is out of stock?

If a variety is out of stock, it will read "Out of Stock" on the website. However, occasionally items do run out of stock quickly. If we run out of an item before we fill your order, we will refund the cost of that item, and also enclose a substitution with your order.

Does Botanical Interests donate seed to charitable organizations?

Botanical Interests supports non-profit organizations in the United States that inspire and educate gardeners including school gardens, community gardens, food banks, homeless shelters, and other qualifying non-profits that promote gardening. Donated seeds must be intended for planting or a direct gardening-related event in the United States. Limited quantities of leftover seed from the previous season are available for donations. Due to this limited availability, we are unable to offer seed for fundraisers or auctions. (If you are interested in fundraising for your organization, seed Fundraising with Seeds). For more information, please email us at websales@botanicalinterests.com.

Do you still donate funds to organizations through your affiliate program?

We continue to offer our support to schools, non-profits and charitable organizations through our donation program. We also operate an affiliate program, which allows organizations and website owners to earn commission on sales. If you've donated to organizations through an emailable "link", please be advised that we no longer operate that program. For more information please email us at fundraiser@botanicalinterests.com.
