How can I place an order if I don’t
want to order online with my credit card?
You may phone in an order by calling, 720-880-7293. If we are unable to
take your call, please leave a message with your name and phone number,
and we will call you back as soon as possible to take your order. (Please
be advised that phone orders will also be entered on the website.)
How can I place an order by mail?
You can print out the list of items in your Shopping Cart or write them
down on our printable mail
order form and mail it to us. We accept checks, money orders,
Visa, and Mastercard. Please include $3.95 for shipping/handling (plus 2.9%
sales tax for Colorado residents).

In most cases, your order will ship on the next business day after we receive
it.
(We cannot accept cash or C.O.D. orders.)
I live outside the United States and have
not been able to get my order to process.
Due to national and international agricultural restrictions, we are unable
to ship seeds outside the United States. (You also cannot use a domestic
mailing address with an international credit card.)
I need my seeds as soon as possible. How
are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via U.S. mail, usually within 1-2 business days after
they are received. Packages weighing over 13 ounces are always shipped Priority
Mail. If you are in a hurry to get your order, you may request Priority
Shipping in the comments field of your order (no additional charge). If
it is urgent that you get your seeds within a couple of days, please phone
us at 720-880-7293 to make special arrangements for UPS Overnight or UPS
2-day shipping (for an additional fee).
Has my website order shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us on the day your order
ships.
Do you do substitutions if an item is out
of stock?
We will never substitute an item without your consent. Most of the time,
if a variety is out of stock, it will say “Temporarily Out of Stock”
on the website. If we run out of an item before we fill your order, we will
phone you to ask if you would like a substitute or would prefer to be credited.
Or, if we know that the item will be available again in a few days, we will
phone you to ask if it’s okay to ship it separately or hold your order,
so all items can ship together.
I’ve forgotten my password. Can you
delete my account, so I can create a new one?
We can't delete an account once it's been created. But, next time you sign
in...if you click on 'Forgot Your Password?", you can have a temporary
password emailed to you. Then, when you sign in with that temporary password,
you can reset the password to your choice for future orders.
My email address has changed. How can I update
it for newsletter mailings?
Sign up for the newsletter again with your new email address. In future
newsletter mailings, when your old email address comes back as ‘invalid’,
we will remove it.
Does Botanical Interests donate seed to charitable organizations?
Yes, Botanical Interests supports organizations that inspire and educate gardeners. We donate seed to schools, community gardens, food banks, and other qualifying non-profit organizations in the United States. For more information, please email Michelle DePaepe or call her at 720-880-7291.
