A mild radish resembling a white carrot, with slender, 4" - 6" long, crisp roots. Wonderful eaten fresh as a snack, added to a salad or vegetable tray, or sliced in sandwiches for added crunch and slightly tangy flavor. Fun for kids to grow because they mature so fast!

When to start inside: Not recommended.
Harvesting: Harvest when radish is 6" long or shorter. Bigger than that, and they get pithy and hot.
