Item #2015
Biennial. Clary sage is a showstopper in the garden! Its unusual long-lasting flower panicles change their appearance as they grow, and it has a unique balsam-like scent. Use the leaves just like common sage in soups, omelets, or stuffing, and save the edible flowers for salads or fragrant potpourris. Clary sage tea has been known to soothe upset stomachs.
