21 - 58 days. Fill your salad bowl with this elegant blend of arugula, endive, leaf and romaine lettuces, spinach, mustard and swiss chard. Bursting with sweet, spicy, bold and mild flavor sensations, Sassy Salad mix makes an exceptional fresh salad with simple vinaigrette. For a continuous supply of baby greens, cut leaves as needed. Plants will continue to grow and produce tender, new leaves. Sow successively every 3 weeks to extend the harvest. Varieties in this mix are also excellent when harvested at full size.

When to sow outside: RECOMMENDED. 2 to 6 weeks before average last frost, and successive sowings thereafter every 3 weeks until 2 weeks before the first fall frost. USDA zone 8 or warmer, sow in fall for winter harvest.

When to start inside: Not recommended for transplanting purposes, but mesclun can be grown inside any time of year in a container placed on a sunny windowsill, or under grow lights.
