  1. Use cookie cutters as unique frames. Trace the outline of a cookie cutter onto a packet, cut along the outline, apply craft glue along the edge of the cookie cutter, and then attach the cut packet to the underside of the cookie cutter. Be sure to punch a hole at the top before you glue. Add a ribbon to hang.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
