KidsGardening.org<\/a> has a vision to nurture happier, healthier kids while learning in the garden and connecting to nature. Kids’ involvement in gardening improves nutritional attitudes and educational outcomes, enhances social and emotional learning, and gives rise to environmental stewardship in youth across the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

KidsGardening.org has been a leader in the school gardening movement since 1982 by providing garden grants and curriculum to schools, and by encouraging community involvement. As of January 2019, they have distributed 11,000 grants, and $4.4 million in funding to school programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Botanical Interests partnered with KidsGardening.org because they echo our mission to inspire and educate gardeners; therefore, for every packet sold, Botanical Interests will donate $1 to KidsGardening.org.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
