At Botanical Interests we understand that you need to receive your order in a timely fashion. That’s why we process orders quickly, usually within 24 hours of placing the order.*

Standard Shipping and Handling:
Standard shipping is by FedEx SmartPost, which is a reliable and trackable method for shipping low-weight packages to residential customers. Allow 4-12 Business Days for delivery.
Packages are delivered by FedEx to your local U.S. post office, then delivered to you by your regular U.S. postal carrier to the location at which you receive your mail.
If you do not have mail delivery at your residence, be sure to include in the shipping address field, the address or PO Box where you DO receive mail.
FedEx Smartpost is the only shipping option with service to PO Boxes.
Orders containing only a gift certificate will ship by regular mail; no tracking information is available.
Hawaii & Alaska Residents:
An additional charge of $15 is automatically applied to orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
Please Note: Standard Shipping to HI and AK can take up to 16 business days.
Additional shipping charges may apply to certain products; this will be indicated on the product page.
Expedited Shipping Options:
Expedited shipping options are available for online orders, and are calculated after entering your shipping address.
FedEx cannot ship to a PO Box.
Orders shipped via Standard Overnight or 2-Day must be placed before 1pm MST.
Orders placed after 1pm MST will be shipped on the following business day.
Overnight and 2-Day orders will NOT be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. They will be delivered the next business day.
International Credit Cards
For international credit cards (except Canada), please call Customer Service at 877-821-4340 Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. MST.
Our web store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect/insufficient address. Orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped after the original order has been returned to Botanical Interests, and after the additional shipping cost is covered by the customer.
*Orders placed between 1 pm Friday through 11:59 pm Sunday MST will be processed on the next business day.
