Even cats need their greens! This organic barley, oats, and wheat blend is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Not only does cat grass help in digestion by moving the hairballs along, but it gives them a shiny coat and freshens breath! Because it's grown indoors, cat grass can be served year-round at its peak of freshness. Grass is ready to eat in as little as 2 weeks! Safe for dogs, too!

My Cat Loves This Grass

5 out of 5 stars Jul 20, 2018
I only buy the Cat Grass Mix because it grows fast and tends to last longer. I save a lot of money growing it myself. My cat goes bonkers for cat grass! I have several packets on hand so I do not run out.

My cats love to sneak outside to graze on the lawn, so decided to bring them a green snack inside! They love it! Easy to grow and cat approved.

Your product germinates well and produces a strong stand of grass. However it is short lived.

Owner Response: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We do recommend starting seeds every two weeks for a continuous supply of fresh cat grass.

keep in freezer

Great product. Important: keep the open seed packet in the freezer. Some pests got into the package somehow and bored through the seed casings, leaving husks and dust....

My cat loves this blend! She definitely has a preference, and this is it! If I give her anything else she'll let it die.

Cat loves it but only in winter

5 out of 5 stars Jun 28, 2020
My cat likes the mix seeds better than the just oats. But she won't eat it when the real thing is available out in the back garden. Comes up fast under lights in winter, ready for cat consumption in about 2.5 weeks.

Grew well

These seeds grew really well. The grass was pretty. Too bad my cat didn't even notice it, but that's because he's weird.

Had no issues growing it, great germination. Sadly, cats did not seem that interested. I'll probably give it another go!

Cat Grass for DOG'S

5 out of 5 stars Oct 21, 2020
I have bought this brand of cat grass seed for many years. I grow it for my dog's. I started growing cat grass about 25 years ago for my cat's but it was my dog's that LOVED IT! Back then I had several large dog's and they would look for the pot I always grew it in but I learned quickly to keep us steady supply of grass growing. Now I have a chihuahua and great Dane whom LOVE IT!!! In fact my chihuahua actually seems to crave the grass at times.

Cat Grass Mix Seed

My four cats just love this - I make up four containers so that I can switch them out when they've chewed up most all of the grass. Will definitely order some more.

These seeds sprouted reliably and fast. The grass itself was destroyed quickly and with much enthusiasm! I recommend getting several of the larger size packets, and keep one pot sprouting while the other is available to your kitty.

Cats love it

I have planted cpots of this cat grass and my cata all love it, I have to keep it in a plant hanger until the sprouts are tall or they'll eat them all up before they grow big!

Cat grass mixed seeds

Oh God did my cat go nuts over these. It was easy to grow and even a beginner could grow these. The only problem is you can't keep up with your cat because they like munching on them so you need to buy more. I would highly recommend this product. And so wanted Marco and Cleo recommend this product...

a caution

3 out of 5 stars Feb 8, 2022
This grass grew well, and my indoor cat absolutely loved it, but every time she ate some--even a little bit--she'd barf right after. No hairball or sign of fur, just the pieces of grass that she'd swallowed in stomach liquid. I gave a pot of it to my neighbor and her cat also loved it. (She said I'd created a grass-eating monster.) But she strictly limited the amount her cat got, and I haven't heard that it made him vomit. Instructions say to sow thickly . . . they aren't kidding. Really cover the soil with seeds if you want a nice thick stand of grass. BTW, I'm not sure why it's called a mix, because all the seeds in my packet were the same type, and very large: about 1/2" long.

Owner Response: Hi Poolcat, We recommend to begin feeding cat grass to your cat for a few minutes at a time; place the pot of grass near their food or water bowls. Some cats get excited over the grass and eat too much initially causing them to throw up. As they eat small amounts on a regular basis, their stomachs gradually get used to it. Most cats that have regular access to grass will graze only as they need to. The Cat Grass Mix is a mix of barley, oats, and wheat which are all grasses and look similar as seeds and when young. We also carry Cat Grass Oats which is not a mix. We hope that answers some questions. Happy gardening!

This is for kitty so kitty leaves the other plants alone

I keep a fresh supply of Cat Grass (extra seed packets are kept in the fridge) growing so my cat leaves all of my other plants alone. She loves it.

BEST Cat Grass Mix

I purchased enough of this seed to last a year, since I grow it regularly and rotate 2 low dishes (one begins to get raggedy and old; time to start 2nd dish). I've never had a seed fail to sprout and grow. Our kitties love this mix! Always grows vibrant.
