Only one Purple of Romagna seed in the pack

3 out of 5 stars Jul 31, 2021
I was very disappointed to see that out of the 18 seeds, there was only one seed of Purple of Romagna. I sowed that seed first, as it was the reason I purchased the packet. It germinated VERY quickly and was growing very nicely and then when I set it out to harden off it was immediately eaten by a slug. Now I'm stuck with 17 Green Globe seeds and no purple artichoke. I'm very disappointed and wish the description had said something about how the 18 seeds were split between the two.

We don't state or have an efficient way that would not drive up the packet price to ensure each seed packet has an exact mix.
