Huge plants

I have over a handful growing and they are huge, full of flowers. I actually have pink, red, yellow, and white. I've never grown these before so didn't realize how big and bushy they can get. I'll plant them in a different location next year to give them more room.

I bought this from a local flower shop in NYC, I got a great number of yellows and pinks, they are beautiful and quick growers

Tall flowers

I bought these for the hummingbirds, but they didn't really care about them. They got so tall, but so pretty - all different colors and they are re-seeding. Nice surprise (even though I finally read that on the inside of the seed envelope). Probably will not have to buy again next year, but I would rebuy this annual again if the seeds do not germinate.

Owner Response: Dear Mona, Thank you for your review. Have you fertilized the plants recently? A nice, balanced fertilizer could encourage more growth and give you healthier plants. It's so nice to have something 'easy' to grow. The seeds are big and manageable, they grow quickly and flower all season long. No staking, no pampering, no hassle beautiful flowers that you don't need to worry about.

Scentless

I sowed all the seeds and only got 2 plants somehow and I'm a little disappointed that they don't seem to smell at all. I read that most smell except for those that don't. I guess I got the ones that don't. It is cool though that I have 2 colors (bright pinkish salmon and bright yellow) on one plant.

BEAUTIFUL

Two years ago, I tried planting my seeds in my greenhouse. They grew huge and multi colored. LOVED them, so I bought seeds for last summer. I made one big mistake.... I planted my baby Marvels into my outdoor flower beds. And they grew again into nice sized plants; but I forgot about our unpredictible Alaskan weather. Just as all the plants began opening into blooms, our area got an early light frost and killed every one of them! i was heartbroken -- but I am ordering them again and planting them back in my greenhouse this Spring.. Marvels of Peru are a gorgeous flowering plant!
