I tried twice this year, yours direct down and then a different . Not a single seedling, at least that I saw. I'm not giving up and will try again next spring. Any tips appreciated-I love these and want them in my garden

Owner Response: Hi Kelly, We are sorry you had low germination with this item. A customer service agent will be emailing you to help. Rest assured, our seeds are tested regularly by a third-party laboratory to ensure germination rates meet federal and our own standards. We are here to help--please feel free to contact us when you encounter an issue. For this variety to germinate soil temperature should be 60-70 degrees F and seeds require darkness (sow at 1/4" deep). We hope that helps.

No germination

Start seeds indoors and tended to them diligently with the rest of my crop...unfortunately they were the only seeds to not germinate. Luckily I also grew Snapdragons which have a similar structure and aesthetic.

Owner Response: Hi Sam, We are sorry you had problems germinating these seeds. In case it is helpful, darkness aids germination so sowing at the correct depth and keeping this out of strong light is an important step to germinating these seeds. A customer service agent will be emailing you to help. Quality is very important to us and we do have our seeds tested frequently by a third-party laboratory to ensure germination rates meet federal and our own standards. We sure hope you will try again with these garden favorites. Happy gardening!

beautiful flowers

I seeded these in the February of 2021. I started them in 6 packs, but instead of putting them directly under the lights to get started, I put a dome on them and put them outside on my porch for a few weeks of freeze/thaw. Then, I brought them in and put them under my lights, and they all germinated pretty quickly. They didn't do a lot the first year, but this year, they're huge! I keep deadheading them, and they keep blooming!
