Tasty and nutritious, they are very easy to grow, and can be grown at any time of the year, even indoors in the winter! The varieties in this custom mix will all be the perfect size at the same time, with an appealing flavor and texture combination as well as a beautiful color presentation.

Red Acre cabbage
Kohlrabi
Pak Choi
Lucullus Swiss chard

When to Sow: INSIDE: Sow indoors at any time of year. For a continual crop, sow every 7 to 10 days.

Harvesting: When plants are 1" - 2" in height, cut just above the soil line. Rinse and use immediately.
