75–85 days from transplanting. Coral Belle is a robust, bushy plant just 18" tall that produces 4" long, 3½" wide sweet peppers with medium thick walls. Peppers start out green, then ripen to orange with sweet flavor and lots of vitamins. Use at any stage; they are delicious raw, stuffed and baked, stir-fried, or grilled. They also freeze well for later use. Good container variety and dependable performer.

This packet yields approximately 20 plants when started indoors.

When to sow outside: 2 to 4 weeks after average last frost, when air temperature is at least 70°F, and soil temperature is at least 65°F.

When to start inside: RECOMMENDED. 8 to 10 weeks before average last frost.

Harvesting: Coral Belle can be harvested green, or, if left on the vine, will mature to bright orange and be very sweet.
