Chives require very little maintenance and come back year after year. Edible flowers look and taste great in salads, make a tasty chive vinegar, and dry well for arrangements; foliage adds a subtle onion‑like flavor to many dishes. A must for baked potatoes and sour cream. Great for containers; grow chives indoors for year‑round harvest.

Harvesting: FOLIAGE: Cut outer spears of chives when at least 6" long, and cut back to 2" above ground level. FLOWERS: Harvest for dried flowers and consumption when in full bloom.
