Lettuce Leaf Black Seeded Simpson HEIRLOOM Seeds

Lactuca sativa

Item #7311

LARGE PACKET

40 days. After more than 150 years, Black Seeded Simpson remains one of the most tender and delicately flavored leaf lettuces ever bred. Full sized, frilly leaves can be picked in just over a month, and baby greens can be harvested in three weeks! Withstands hot, dry conditions and light frosts better than other varieties. Successive sowings will produce lettuce spring through fall. That’s why we’ve filled this packet with a whopping 6 grams of seed, enough for a small, fresh greens farm!
