Mar 24, 2019I always have three pots of cat grass growing. One that is perfect, one that will be perfect in 3-5 days, and one just planted. We break pieces off as a treat for our precious 10 year old kitty. When we moved 7 years ago a seed packet and a cute pot was a gift from our realtor who knew how much we cherished our Callie. Ever since then we have made certain we have plenty of seeds for our feline farm!

Nov 30, 2019We have four cats, they are older cats (10 yr.) I bought a brooder lamp and a grow bulb from home Depot and we grow the grass under the light all year round because our cats are indoor cats, and they just love it. We keep three pots of grass planted at different times so The Grass is always fresh. The seed in one packet goes a long way well worth it.

Mar 25, 2020I plant a couple of pots of oat grass at time, then a couple more to overlap and so on. It grows well on a plant stand I made and that gets east sun. Three of my cats really enjoy it and one even demands it every morning. I'd rather order it directly from your company than try to find it in stores. Jul 2, 2020This is the only type of cat grass my 10 year old cat will eat. The seeds germinate well and grass lasts a long time in pots with the cat "mowing" it. The dogs also like it,,, but cat chases them away.

Jul 26, 2020My husband, Gordon, passed away in May, however I feel you need a good review!! From a human standpoint, the seeds germinate and produce well. Our kitty, Ginger absolutely LOVES the grass, which I will keep growing for her. It's fun to watch the tiny blades of grass pop up under the grow light, and I always keep batch started.

Oct 9, 2020Just like Cindy Parker said, this works really well in rotation. I set up an LED light panel in an old cabinet and these grow to a perfect size in one week. I like my cat to experience the joy of going from tired grass to fresh grass so I just start a new one each week in a 4" terra cotta pot. I have found that soaking the seeds overnight speeds them up by 1-2 days if you've fallen down on the job (lol). He gets as excited for the grass as any treat (tuna, baby food, etc).
