Marigolds
In Nepalese culture, marigold garlands are an important part of festivals. The marigold was regarded as the flower of the dead in pre-Hispanic Mexico, used in the Day of the Dead celebrations. In many parts of Asia, vast quantities of marigolds have been used in garlands and decoration for weddings, festivals, and religious events.
