| Growing & Harvesting | Foliage flavor is best before the leaves turn feathery and plants begin to flower. Seeds should be harvested after they begin to turn brown and when the outer coat cracks, but before they drop off the plant and scatter. Cut stem and place in a brown paper sack to collect the seeds. Rubbing the seeds will cause the outer shell to drop off. |

These turned out great! So much more flavorful than storebought, it's hard to explain. The leaves were vibrant and even tasty when whole and unchopped.
The pic actually doesn't do it full justice because I had just harvested a bunch.
I scattered about 10 seeds in a 6 in plastic pot. I actually planted these like 2 months too early, then after a frost and when temps started hitting 70 highs they sprouted and went crazy. Honestly looking forward to bolting so I can save some seeds for next season lol.

This is some fast growing cilantro! Potted up and hardened off in just about a month. Succession planting for sure, and lots of extras for the neighbors.
