Texas Zone 9a - Atlantic Gulf Coastal Plains. I absolutely love Botanical Interests and have always had great success with their seeds. I direct sowed half of the apricotta cosmos, and transplanted the other half. Both groups were planted in a 2 year old raised bed, with full sun exposure. Despite healthy vegetative growth, the flowers have failed to thrive and the petals remain shriveled/don’t completely open. Still holding out hope, but a little disappointed due to everything else around thriving.

Not only is EG a place to buy seeds, it's a reference site I use on a regular basis for almost any growing questions I have. There are videos on the YouTube channel and blogs on the website. They also offer a garden planner I am using. The garden planner takes the guess work out of when to start seeds, spacing for transplants in a bed and companion planting. I highly recommend Epic Gardening to anyone!

Grew these along the corners of my bed with bush beans. In zone 9a - sowed in late summer and had blooms in mid October! Just stunning!
