The 2"–3" tomatoes have very smooth skin essentially free of cracks. Provide support for vines that reach 6' or more. More heat and drought tolerant than other varieties.

Taste good but definitely not green

These are more red with a green tinge to them.

    Hey Matt,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with our Green Zebra Pole Tomato Seeds! We're glad to hear they taste good. Green Zebra tomatoes are known for their unique coloring - they typically ripen to a yellowish-green with darker green stripes, and can sometimes have reddish hues depending on growing conditions and ripeness. If you wouldn't mind sending the lot # and year from the back of the seed packet we'd love to look into this for you. We appreciate your honest feedback about the appearance, and I'll share this with our seed team. Keep on growing 🌻️

I've literally grown Green Zebra tomatoes from seeds for over 20 years in a row now and they are by far my favorite variety ...they have a delicious tangy flavor, they are very disease resistant and never crack or split. Because of deer I'm forced to grow them in pots on my deck and they are always the last plants to survive and produce in the Fall ...they produce steadily all summer long. They are the perfect tomato variety as far as I'm concerned!

I've always grown Tomatoes in Minnesota from bedding plants. I am now in FL and decided to try growing them from seed. I tried 3 methods, 2 worked and the plants are stunningly luxe and very healthy. We are looking forward to harvest this winter and hopefully into spring.

I gave these seeds 5 stars, but the seeds are not Green Zebra. Maybe the seeds were packaged incorrectly, the tomatoes are ripening to red. I really wanted Green Zebra, but I'm equally ecstatic with the results of whatever tomato seed I did get. The plant is vigorous. I have harvested 4 large tomatoes by the middle of August. There are 4 more large tomatoes still on the vine with additional smaller fruits growing. The ripe tomatoes are savory and extremely flavorful, not sweet. I included a picture of the internal seeds packet with is number. Is the green zebra SKU number "tomato RS 38849"?
