    SO much fun!!

This wildflower mix has been so much fun so far - I planted these in late April and we have been enjoying several different waves of flowers over the past few months!! I am in North Texas/8B & planted these in my west-facing front yard. I added in a good bit of the BI cut-and-come-again Zinnia seeds to these too just for fun since Zins do so well here. First to pop up were these gorgeous orange sulfur cosmos and the balsam !!! I was not familiar with balsam and probably underwater these a little since I’m used to being able to be a little harsher with my Zinnias but I will be excited to have another go at these next year :D. Now that temps are averaging about 95° for us daily, we are seeing all of these great Zinnias pop-up and many more cosmos, second round of the balsam, and even a couple gorgeous sunflower stocks are coming up too. This has been such a special Lil experiment for me and my 2yo son, he absolutely loves coming out and helping me water the flowers in the morning and we have had so many butterflies of all types of shapes and sizes… exactly as advertised!! Excited for even more fun surprises to come!!

    Hey Meaghan,

We're so happy to hear about your incredible experience with the Bring Home the Butterflies Flower Mix Seeds! It's awesome that you've been getting these amazing waves of flowers since April - those orange sulfur cosmos and balsam making such a gorgeous first impression just shows how vibrant this mix really is! And how cool is it that you mixed in some cut-and-come-again Zinnias for even more butterfly magnet power - that's such a smart combo for North Texas heat! We totally get the balsam watering learning curve since they're a bit more thirsty than those tough Zinnias, but it sounds like you've got it figured out for next year! There's nothing better than a flower mix that keeps surprising you with new blooms as the season progresses, and we're so excited that you and your 2-year-old are getting to experience all those butterflies together - those morning watering sessions sound absolutely magical! Thanks for sharing your Bring Home the Butterflies growing success with us! Keep on growing 🌻️

    Very beautiful mix

Minus the yellow sunflowers which are volunteers, this mix is very beautiful, and i’m always seeing pollinators buzzing around these plants. It is very therapeutic. I’m assuming some things didn’t manage to come up, but i’m excited to see how this progresses and to see if anything new comes up next year! I planted my seeds on May 2 and it’s now mid july.
