Bok Choy Choko Seeds

Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis (hybrid)

This baby bok choy or pak choi tolerates heat, so you can grow it all summer. Harvest at 4" tall for delicate, crisp, and pleasantly mild-flavored leaves. An indispensible stir-fry ingredient, also try it fresh or marinated for salads, or make baby bok choy kimchi. The uniform, green leaves look beautiful when grown alongside flowers. Great for containers, too!

    First Time Grower

My first bok choy is almost ready to harvest, and I am thrilled. (The heads I thinned out were delicious.)

The seed was high quality. I had nearly total germination. I have a patio garden, and I am growing my bok choy in a 24 inch wide pot under row cover to minimize insect damage.

    Year after year!

Year 3, 6B container amateur here again! Of all the seeds I have tried , every kind, every brand these NEVER let me down - not kidding I don’t think one seed has failed nor one seedling not grown! There are some Baby BC’s in here as well, occasionally I’ll sneak a baby leaf or two to bulk up a salad but mostly they get stir fried! If you don’t know what you’re doing start here! 😂
