Bok Choy Choko Seeds

Brassica rapa subsp. chinensis (hybrid)

This baby bok choy or pak choi tolerates heat, so you can grow it all summer. Harvest at 4" tall for delicate, crisp, and pleasantly mild-flavored leaves. An indispensible stir-fry ingredient, also try it fresh or marinated for salads, or make baby bok choy kimchi. The uniform, green leaves look beautiful when grown alongside flowers. Great for containers, too!

    Year after year!

Year 3, 6B container amateur here again! Of all the seeds I have tried , every kind, every brand these NEVER let me down - not kidding I don’t think one seed has failed nor one seedling not grown! There are some Baby BC’s in here as well, occasionally I’ll sneak a baby leaf or two to bulk up a salad but mostly they get stir fried! If you don’t know what you’re doing start here! 😂

    Success!

I'm a new gardener, so everything I'm growing is new for me. LOL But growing the Bok Choy Choko has been a great experience because all I did was put the seeds in the ground, and they are growing nicely! So happy about that. Now, I can't wait to taste it! How does freshly grown Bok Choy taste?

So impressed with this Bok Choy!

This was my first time growing bok choy. I planted two squares in my square foot bed and I ended up with 8 amazing plants. We did the "cut and come again" method and had bok choy all summer long. So easy! I can't wait to grow more next spring.
