Cherry Falls Bush Cherry Tomato Seeds

The Cherry Falls seeds were my first purchase from BI; I was starting my first patio garden in a small container (an Earth Box) and wanted a dwarf cherry tomato plant. This plant description fit my needs. I'm in zone 7B and planted 3 seeds on 5/10, thinning it to one plant when it was a few inches big. It produced all season, ultimately giving me a whopping 212 cherry tomatoes! I never expected to get so many. At first they weren't super sweet so I was unsure, but that changed and they ended up being delicious. I picked my last tomatoes in mid-late September. I can't wait to do it again next year, and I look forward to buying more seeds from BI!

100% germination rate. Between the 4 plants kept after giving away the rest, one was put in a 3 gallon coco coir hanging basket, another in a 15 gallon terracotta pot, and 2 others in 1 gallon pots. All of them produced plenty throughout the season, despite only about 6 hours of direct sun on my back patio, yields directly tied to container size. My Beefsteaks were devastated by blight but these hybrids were not nearly as affected.

I purchased these seeds last year and again this year, and they have never disappointed me! I harvested so many delicious cherry tomatoes that I had plenty to share with my family, co-workers, and even my local food pantry. Everyone loved receiving such fresh, homegrown produce.

My friends were so impressed by how many tomatoes I was able to grow that they asked which seeds I used. Of course, I was happy to share Botanical Interests with them! I want to make sure they have the same success, so I’ll be ordering another packet for myself—and packets for my friends, too. These seeds have produced an amazing harvest for me, and I highly recommend them!

I received these seeds as part of a warm weather bundle from Greenstalk. All seeds germinated very quickly and grew with no issue in both my greenstalk and hanging baskets. While moving a basket around I accidentally had one split cleanly in half under the weight of its own fruit; it healed over the branch and didn't slow production down at all. The tomatoes themselves have a slightly thicker skin for a cherry tomato, and the flavor is mild and sweet. Overall a very reliable variety that's easy to grow and that I plan to grow again in the future.

These tomatoes are so delicious. The germination rate was great. They grew very well in containers on my balcony. Perfect for growing in small spaces. I don't usually like raw tomatoes, but they are so tasty to snack on.
