Lavender seeds can definitely be challenging - they're known for being slow starters and sometimes need extra patience. Two weeks might seem like a long time, but lavender seeds can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to germinate, and sometimes even longer depending on conditions. We're glad you still have some seeds left to try again, and we're rooting for better results with your next attempt. I planted the lavender seeds late last summer (2025). Overwintered in unheated greenhouse (we had a fairly mild winter). I now have 20 gallon sized plants looking really good. Gave them a haircut earlier this Spring, and they have now filled out beautifully. Very impressed with Botantical Interest seeds.
