    Fail in Florida

    I planted these in late Sept. in FL. They germinated well but only grew a few inches and then halted despite water, fertilizer, etc. I think temps were too high but even when it cooled down, they failed to grow. I also planted the mammoth and had even worse results. I do have about four or five that I planted near a pump that are surviving but not thriving.

    I think I started the seeds too soon. They were growing up very nicely. They were 2 inches high. Then we had another freeze, and they are not responding. Now I will be adding some more.
