About Starflower Scabiosa/Pincushion Flower Seeds
Lomelosia stellata
1"–1½", pale blue flowers with white centers resemble pin heads in a small pincushion. The seedheads are globe-shaped, comprised of many translucent, cream-colored, papery cups with a dark "star" in the center of each. The star turns black as it matures to a ripe seed.

Slow to germinate but got them going after second try. Didn't produce well but it was weather related not because of the plants.
