    Hey Douglas D.,

What a fantastic review! We're absolutely thrilled to hear that your Double Sunburst Coreopsis Seeds delivered such excellent germination and that all your plants are thriving!

There's nothing more exciting than seeing those first coreopsis seedlings emerge and knowing you're going to have a garden full of those gorgeous, bright blooms! Double Sunburst coreopsis are such reliable performers once they get established, and with that kind of strong start from germination, you're setting yourself up for months of beautiful, sunny flowers.

The fact that ALL your plants are doing well really shows what healthy, viable seeds can accomplish when they hit good growing conditions. Strong germination is everything when it comes to getting a spectacular flower display, and it sounds like your Double Sunburst coreopsis are going to deliver exactly that cheerful burst of color that makes this variety so special.

Your success with these hardy, long-blooming beauties will be so encouraging for other gardeners who want reliable, low-maintenance flowers that keep performing all season long!

    Keep on growing 🌻️

I live on alvar land in the summer (very thin layer of alkaline soil over the limestone bedrock). A reseeding coreopsis is one of the few things that grows well here. Also, the columbines, nigella, and verbascum (zone 4-5). In the winter I go to zone 7B Maryland and can plant anything in the acidic, sandy loam. I love the instructional packaging.

This was really fun to grow! I am in zone 10 here in Hawaii. We get day time temps of mid 80’s and night time temps of mid 60’s. I started the seeds in April and now they are starting to bloom. I’m excited to start more seeds and plant them all over my garden.

Started seed indoors April 2023 and transplanted out into the garden in June (Zone 5). They did not bloom their first year but grew nice strong leaves. This year, 2024, I got a first flush of booms in June and then a second more vigorous flush of blooms mid-Summer. They are still going strong and will most likely have blooms through fall. The only thing is I’m not sure how much of a “double” flower I’m seeing and they just look like a normal yellow coreopsis flower. Oh well still bright and cheery! Thanks BI!
