Night and Day' is a spicy-scented, striking cousin of the 'Black Prince' snapdragon. This bumblebee favorite is long blooming and makes gorgeous cut flowers! We love its look next to bunny tails grass in a container. Its dark red petals turn nearly black in the fall, and its foliage turns dark burgundy, contrasting with its lower white jaws. The uniquely-shaped edible flowers are interesting and pretty as a garnish on salads, desserts, and cold drinks. Perennial in USDA zones 5 and warmer, usually grown as an annual. Deer resistant.

    I love everything about Botanical Interests. Packets with beautiful pictures and information even how seedlings look like that’s particularly helpful when you sow outdoors. Germination rate is usually very good as you can see on the picture, only downside is a shipping fee. I don’t always order in a bulk.

    Gorgeous snapdragon! This two-tone variety is so unique and I will continue to grow this snapdragon. Sowed seeds in winter (San Diego County) and transplanted to a raised bed in early spring, and they began blooming at the end of April. Two feet tall plants - so beautiful and easy to grow.
