This hardy, low-maintenance plant can be grown in just about any well-drained soil. Sturdy, straight stems with feathery, finely-cut leaves are topped with large, long-lasting flower clusters in shades of red, rose, pink, yellow, and white. They make wonderful cut flowers, and what's left in the garden will attract beneficial insects.

SoCal backyard gardener - yarrow seeds

So far seeds germinated and look good. Only time will tell what color they'll be and if I can help them grow big and strong

    Hey Jamie L.,

Thank you so much for this fantastic 5-star review! It's so exciting to hear that your Colorado Blend Yarrow seeds are off to a great start with strong germination - that's always the most thrilling moment when you see those first little seedlings popping up!

We love your patience and anticipation about discovering which beautiful colors will emerge from your blend. That's one of the most magical things about growing Colorado Blend Yarrow - you never know if you'll get soft pastels, vibrant pinks, sunny yellows, or crisp whites until those first blooms appear. It's like unwrapping a surprise gift from nature!

Your SoCal growing conditions should be perfect for helping these hardy perennials establish strong root systems, and once they're settled in, they'll reward you with years of colorful blooms that butterflies and pollinators absolutely adore.

Your growing journey will be so inspiring for other backyard gardeners who are discovering just how rewarding and low-maintenance yarrow can be once it gets established!

    Keep on growing 🌻️
