    Hey Gale,

Thank you for sharing your experience! Quality is very important to us, which is why we frequently send our seeds to a third-party laboratory to ensure germination rates exceed both federal and our own internal standards. We don’t sell seeds that don’t pass those tests — plain and simple.

That said, we also know germination can be a bit finicky, and 9 times out of 10 the issue ends up being environmental — things like inconsistent moisture, temperature swings, soil conditions, or even sowing depth can make a big difference. It’s very common, and honestly something most gardeners experience at some point.

We’d really love the chance to help you troubleshoot and get better results. Our team is always happy to offer tips based on what you’re growing and your conditions. Please feel free to reach out to Customer Support so we can help you get on track for a successful grow. 🌱

    EVERY SINGLE SEED GERMINATED

I followed the packet instructions. I started the seeds indoors and all of them germinated.

I won't be buying seeds anywhere else. My cats beg for the cat grass and catnip. Everything terminated SO quickly.
