    Absolutely stunning

Easy to grow, with stunning results. I have used this flower mix for a few years, in a variety of shady spots. Depending on where I plant it, different flowers show up, and they are always gorgeous. I get compliments on them all the time, and the bright flowers bring a lot of joy. I hope Botanical Interests never stops making this!

    So stinkin’ cute

I loved every phase of this mix. The baby sprouts quickly grew into a lush micro jungle of beautiful foliage and then burst into a variety of adorable and vivid little flowers. I’ve been filling tiny bud vases all summer with these cuties. I seeded pretty heavily in a 1.5x3 ft container. It has stayed relatively short and very even coverage throughout its development. The flower varieties grow at a similar rate so you end up with a little of everything in a small space. Would be a great patch filler in lower light spots. Easy to grow, great for kids, attracts pollinators. Definitely will use again.

    Hey Rachel,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your wonderful experience with our Made in the Shade Flower Mix Seeds! We absolutely love hearing about that progression from "lush micro jungle" to "burst into a variety of adorable and vivid little flowers" - what a perfect way to describe it! It sounds like you got exactly what this mix was designed for with that even coverage and all the different varieties growing at a similar rate. We're so glad it worked beautifully in your container and gave you plenty of those cute little blooms for your bud vases all summer long. Your description of it being great for lower light spots and attracting pollinators is spot on, and we love that it was easy and kid-friendly too. Thanks for the honest feedback and we're thrilled you'll be using it again! Keep on growing 🌻️

Last summer i threw this Made in the Shade package of seeds in a shady area with a variety of plants, including bulbs whose greenery was fading away. I didn't plant them - just threw them around in the middle of hot summer (not the best time to germinate seeds). It was fairly shady and there was shade from plants in there as well, and old leaf mulch. I expected nothing, but am always willing to give love a chance. I made a point of keeping it lightly watered for a couple of weeks. Within a few months a red flower popped up that i did not plant. Looking at the wonderful map identifying the flowers in mix patches (love those - thx), i think it was the english wallflower. Will see if any remains of it show up this year? The most important thing that happened is that this spring i have a gorgeous (quite large) forget-me-not growing in that area!!! I have tried for years to get this flower happening in my garden. Thank you. Thank you. peace, love and flowers....

I love the shade mix plant choices. I just sowed these seeds two days ago, so I have to wait to see what happens but I enjoy mixes for the surprise. I have a lot of shade though.
