    Absurd amount of plants

I put these seed in ice cubes then stomped them into the yard in January. I have tried growing Oriental poppies for years and only ended up with, maybe, three plants PER PACKET. My front yard has tiny plants and fist sized plants all over, and it's just March.

    Easier start than I thought

After reading the lovely seed packet details and online research I left the seeds in the fridge for a few days then cold down. Had a mild winter so very little frost to kick start then. But their is sign of starts coming up!

These are not perennials and reseed each year once the have been planted. They also need a little frost to get em going after sowing or you could stratify them.
