Microgreens are ready to harvest when they have cotyledons, or when the first true leaves have begun to form, depending on preference. Cool growing temperatures may slow the expected amount of days to maturity. Using scissors, cut microgreens just above the soil line when you are ready to use them. |

The growing tray works very nicely and the seeds sprouted sucked and the sprouts were delicious.

I have loved Botanical Interests for decades now! Very reliable and very pleasant company to deal with. The website has lots of great info too! The only thing I do not like is the seed packets that come with all the pertinent information on the inside of the packet. That makes no sense to me!

On the exterior of the packet, we have all the key information required to identify when and how to plant the seeds. On the interior, we add extra information, such as how to care for the plant as it grows, an occasional recipe or guidelines for getting the longest out of your cut flowers, and historical insights about older varieties.
Most seed companies do not use the inside of their seed packet at all, but we wanted to provide even more information to our customers by using the inside to provide additional guidance! As gardeners, we know that it's useful to have more detail to have gardening success. We're working within the constraints of the average seed packet size to the best of our ability while still ensuring you have the info right in your hand with each seed packet you buy.
