These bright marigolds call in pollinators big and small. Flowers with a single row of petals make pollen access easy. Compact plants are tidy and full; beautiful at the front of a bed or tucked between vegetables. Plants grow and flower quickly with continuous blooms from spring until frost. French marigolds are edible, but with a very strong flavor similar to its pungent scent. Fairly drought tolerant once established.

    Very pretty

They look and smell great. Easy to grow. & they make beautiful mini bouquets in small jars. You can also harvest the seeds from the dead flowers. I’m excited to see what grows from all the seeds I’ve harvested!

Easy to grow and I was surprised how tall these grew. Bees and butterflies flocked to these plants and they added a bright colorful spot to my vegetable garden.

Zone 5b. The French Marigold seeds were a strong performer all season long, continually blooming new flowers. I did not get any full red flowers, all of mine were the yellow flower with red accents.
