Create a palette of colors in your garden with scarlet, purple, pink, white, yellow, and bicolored flowers combined with elegant, blue-green foliage. Butterflies enjoy their nectar. Excellent cut or dried flower; one flower per stem. The mild-clove-flavored petals make a colorful garnish to salads, desserts, and cold drinks. (The flower's central disk, while edible, can be bitter.)

They are about ready to transplant to 3" pots and are planted in pots for cut flowers for the fragrance. I pot these up in fall and overwinter them in the greenhouse and they regrow again next spring. After 2-3years, it will be time to sow new plants as they

don't do well in the winter which is now zone 5B in SE Wisconsin. I will follow up as the season progresses.
