This charming mix of wildflowers, herbs, and low-growing plants transforms any area into a beautiful flowering meadow that provides nectar and habitat for a wide range of garden sprites.

Bought a packet from a local grocery store and planted in a pot. I got California poppy, a ton of sweet alyssum, Moroccan toadflax, creeping daisy, candytuft, and some others that haven’t flowered yet. 4 stars because I later found out that sweet alyssum is invasive in California. I would personally prefer they not sell wildflower mixes in areas where the seeds are invasive, but it’s still pretty, fragrant, and does kinda look fairy-like.

We really appreciate you bringing up the sweet alyssum invasiveness concern for California. You're absolutely right that it's important for gardeners to be aware of which plants might be problematic in their specific regions, and we totally understand your preference for more regionally-tailored seed mixes. Different plants can behave so differently depending on local climate and growing conditions, and what's perfectly well-behaved in one area can definitely become too enthusiastic in another.
Your point about checking invasive species lists before planting is such valuable advice for other gardeners, especially those in California and other areas where sweet alyssum can spread beyond where it's wanted. I’ve never had luck with seed mixes before, but this fairy mix was successful and stunning. I used it last year and look forward to what it brings this year.

The fairy mix was gorgeous. Absolutely loved it. I bought the fairy mix at my nursery this year and just ordered these 3 from you for next year. I actually tried the shade one late in the year and hot. Wasn't "expecting" much. The balsam flowers were the ones that made it and are doing well. I read that they will reseed - good that for that area. I really like your packages and the breakdown of what is in them. I wasn't even familiar with balsam plants (knew the name but had not grown) and i was able to figure out from your package that they were the ones that made it. Keep doing what you do.
