Start Indoors Grow indoors any time of year for baby greens, with indoor temperatures 60°–75°F.Successive Sowings: Every 2 weeks for a continual supply. Indoor sowing is not recommended for outdoor growing; roots sensitive to transplanting disturbance.
Direct Sow RECOMMENDED. 4 to 6 weeks before your average last frost date, and when soil temperature is above 40°F; ideally 50°–75°F. Successive Sowings: Every 2 weeks until 2 weeks before your average first fall frost date. If mulched, spinach can overwinter in sub-zero temperatures. Soil temperatures above 85°F halt germination. Mild Climates: Sow in fall for cool-season harvests.

Unfortunately these seeds were a complete bust for me. I've planted these seeds twice in "prime" conditions but both times they have not germinated at all. These were planted with other Botanical Interests seeds at the same time. Everything else germinated and is growing well.

I planted some of these in smaller cells and the seeds produced nothing. So I tried direct sowing, and same thing, nothing produced. So I’m trying a third time in a different type of soil and so far nothing. Not sure if it was a bad batch of seeds but this will be the third thing I’ve tried growing from botanical interests that haven’t produced anything. I’m disappointed but I have a ton other vegetable seeds that have sprouted.

I have ordered about six different seed packs, and all that I have planted for the fall have sprouted within at least a week.
