    4 years going strong

This is our 4th year with these delphiniums and they get bigger every year reaching 6+ feet this year. A pollinator favorite with many butterflies and hummingbirds visiting daily. She has self seeded so be sure to cut the stalks off if you don’t want babies (or give the babies to your friends).

    Hey Brittany,

Wow, four years and still going strong - that's incredible! We love hearing about Pacific Giants that keep getting more impressive each season, and 6+ feet tall is absolutely amazing! It's so wonderful that they've become such a pollinator magnet with all those butterflies and hummingbirds visiting daily. What a beautiful garden ecosystem you've created! And thanks for that great tip about cutting the stalks if you don't want the babies spreading - though giving those little ones to friends sounds like a lovely way to share the delphinium love! Thanks for sharing your long-term Pacific Giants success with us! Keep on growing 🌻️

    Good germination

Way too early to give an overall review because seedlings are just an inch high. However, the germination was good. Put seeds on a damp paper towel in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator for one week before sowing and was happy with the germination.

    Hey Barbara,

Thanks for taking the time to share your early experience with our Pacific Giants Blend Delphinium Seeds! We're so glad to hear that the cold stratification method worked well for you! We totally understand it's still early days with those little seedlings at just an inch high, but getting off to a strong start with good germination is definitely promising for what's to come.
