Epic Seed Starting Heat Mat

I love epics mat. I started my seeds for the first time this winter and these mats are the best. I actually ordered the vivosun mats and were very disappointed with how well the worked vs the epic mats. The epic mat was a success for me. I now have 6 mats in total.

I got this in anticipation of my first attempt at starting tomato, pepper, and eggplant seeds for this spring. I’ve had moderate success starting other types of seed previously, but wanted extra insurance for this “all in” attempt this spring. I’m super happy to report that the mat was a great help. I had nearly perfect germination on all my crops within 5-7 days. I ended up with way more plants than I expected/needed thanks to the boost in germination from the mat. I appreciate that this particular mat is pretty no frills. I don’t have to worry about thermostats or temperature probes. Just plug it in and place your tray on top!
