When I first did this, I wasn’t sure how it would or if it would grow well, but as of the making of this post, I’m starting to like how it’s coming out. Considering it was a test crop for me, all I did to grow it was that I sprinkled the seeds in a small container, put these pots in an aluminum container, then filled that container with water (sometimes fertilizer water). I know this plant could be bigger, but I figure that you could possibly grow watercress as a microgreen, which is kinda what I did as seen in this image. Overall the seeds for this plant are really easy to grow, just make sure to semi soak the soil.

I am growing your seeds in Baja sur
I bring them with me every year. This is the first year I have planted watercress and it did terrific. Time to eat it !
Most of the seeds get planted in its with oracle grow dirt . I also grow your 63 day corn but it goes in the ground. Many bugs and critters here so pots work best. The corn is about 1 foot tall after 30 days !
