    disappointing germination rate

Out of around 20 seeds, I only ended up with 3 gaura seedlings. I've been really disappointed with the germination rates I've gotten with seeds I've purchased from BI this year. I bought new seeds from a different brand and those were much more successful.

    a bit disappointed

I have been wanting to grow gaura for a long time and was delighted to find seeds at a local garden center. Unfortunately, there were only 19 seeds in the envelope so not much to work with. I should have winter sowed them along with most of the rest of my seeds but I direct sowed them instead and they dried out in our windy weather. I'm determined to grow these beautiful flowers so I'll pick up another pack. Maybe there will be more seeds in that one.

It's a little early but we have some sprouts.

Easy to germinate. Slow grower. It has germinated. Can't wait to see it in the garden.

    Hey Sandra,

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with our White Gaura Seeds! We're thrilled to hear that you're already seeing those little sprouts coming up! Gaura can be a slower grower at first, but once they get established, they're such beautiful and graceful additions to any garden. We're so excited for you to see how stunning they'll look once they mature and start dancing in the breeze! Thank you for choosing us and for sharing your growing experience with us. Seed Amount

Just a bit confused about the amount of seeds in my packet. The listing says 1.0 gram aprox 72 seeds and the packet says 350mg and there were 30 seeds in the packet. I was under the impression I was getting the listed amount but maybe I misunderstood something?
